If you need to go on hiatus for more than a week, for whatever reason, please fill out this form and comment on this thread. Making a post on xi_ooc is also recommended, so that everyone else knows you're going to be gone, but please remember to comment here too.

Maximum hiatus is one month. If you know you're going to be gone for longer than that, please talk to a mod. All our contact information is on the contact page. When you return from your hiatus, please reply to your original notice to tell us that you are back.


- DROPPING

If you are dropping a character, please fill out this form and comment on this thread. Again, you should probably also post to xi_ooc to let people know, too, since most people aren't in the habit of regularly checking the drop post – it is kind of a depressing pasttime.

When you've dropped, please don't forget to leave and defriend the following journals:

xi_rpg, xi_ooc, xi_online, xi_mods and mutantprom

Once you drop, your character will be available for anyone to app for, and if you change your mind you'll have to apply again – so make sure you're positive that you want to drop a character before going ahead with it.
