He answers as many questions as he possibly can and cites certain amendments by number.
His essay is PASSIONATE and talks about the promise of a MORE PERFECT UNION and how it is OUR DUTY TO LIVE UP TO THIS COUNTRY'S IDEALS and maybe goes off into a little tangent about slavery and the like but manages to pull it in to a coherent thesis about working for a better tomorrow.
