Doug likes Emma, and he takes her class seriously even if he doesn't find it particularly difficult. He also agrees about the AP credit. Doug is an avid reader of Literature and though he doesn't speak out in class much, cause he is shy, especially in large groups. He writes well and if Emma ever asked him what he thought of something in private, he would totally give her his opinion.

Also, he may find the class easy, but he does do all the reading. So its not because he isn't doing the work. Also, if you wanted I would love to do a Doug/Emma log at some point talking about this stuff in more detail... or just them talking after class about whatever.
